At Amherst Community Connections (ACC), we provide information, case management, outreach, and advocacy services to vulnerable individuals and families in the Pioneer Valley community.

Facing eviction or shut off? 

• RAFT application: if you are behind on rent or utility/gas payments, we can help apply for money to avoid eviction or shut off. Talk to a caseworker!

Homeless?

• RAFT move-in application: if you are homeless or facing eviction, we can help to secure upfront move-in money for you: 1st month rent, last month rent and security deposit.

• Need subsidized housing? 

• Section 8, CHAMP, Way Finders, Housing Navigator … have subsidized housing for you. We can help you apply. 

Want to apply for ID, SS card, SNAP, MassHealth, SSI…?

• We can help! 

Looking for work? 

• Not sure how to do a job search? Need help doing a resume? Contact us!
