As a non-profit organization, ACC relies on your donations to better serve our community! Our advocacy efforts provide information and services to vulnerable individuals in the Pioneer Valley. We do this through weekly meetings between a case worker and participant, so that we can assist community members in achieving long-term, sustainable housing! Because of individuals who believe in ACC’s mission, our impact grows larger each year. We help participants pay for rent through our Rental Subsidy Program (RSP), as well as give ten individuals housing through our Low Threshold Housing (LTH). These community members now have something many of us take for granted: a door to close after coming home from a long work day.
