At Amherst Community Connections (ACC), we work every day to help local individuals and families move from homelessness and housing insecurity to stable housing and self-sufficiency.
Your Giving Tuesday gift provides direct, immediate help: food, warmth, transportation, and a safe place to call home.
When you give, here’s what your donation can do:
$50 – Puts food on the table: provides grocery store gift cards (Stop & Shop, Big Y, Aldi, Trader Joe’s) so families can enjoy a warm meal and a happy Thanksgiving.
$50 – Fuels opportunity: helps a participant fill their gas tank to get to work, drive their children to medical appointments, or make essential grocery trips.
$100 – Keeps the lights on and homes warm: assists with heating, electricity, and gas bills so families can cook, bathe, and stay safe through the cold months.
$100 – Wraps families in warmth: helps purchase coats, boots, and other essential winter clothing.
$250 – Keeps ACC’s doors open for a week so we can continue to welcome, guide, and support neighbors in need.
$500 – Transforms lives: allows our team to work intensively with 10 families to help them find housing and jobs.
